Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from within the cool-climate district of Elgin. Pale straw in color, with citrus notes and a creamy mouth feel, Chenin Blanc is something of a rarity in Elgin.

Produced from a small parcel of Shiraz grapes, located in the Ceres Plateau, this vineyard, is planted in fertile soil at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level.
